We are an established, successful IT service firm in Manhattan. We exclusively offer fixed fee, managed services to our client base. Our focus has been on providing great management and support to our clients on a day-to-day basis. After significant growth over the past three years, we’re now at the point where we need to formalize a relationship to address our project support needs.

We’re ideally looking for an established New York entity that has been providing IT support services to small businesses on a time and materials basis that has an interest in creating a mutually beneficial relationship. More about you:

• Your expertise should be squarely focused on Windows networking

• You should have the staffing (or resources) to successfully manage and execute project work (network builds, Exchange email migrations, firewall configurations, etc)

• You should provide service solely on an hourly, time & materials basis and have no interest in the fixed fee service model

• Company size is likely to be three to twenty employees, although we’re open to discussing this relationship with any firm compatible with our requirements

We’re looking to gradually develop this type of relationship over time so that we can more effectively meet our clients’ project needs and to increase our project revenue. For you, we can offer a few major reasons why to consider this:

• We routinely receive inquiries from potential clients who aren’t interested / right for the fixed fee model. We will refer these leads to you

• We can routinely provide work that falls outside of our standard service deliverables (when clients have consultants working with them, home networking issues, etc)

• We can offer consistent project work

In summary, we’re looking for a complimentary IT support firm that’s looking for a unique opportunity to increase its revenues in a partnership format. We are a highly reputable company and are rigorous about providing a high level of service to our clients; this is not an offer for a casual referral relationship, but rather we’re looking for professionals that take pride in their work and have the track record to show it.
